The present invention provides peptides represented by the following
formula (A):

wherein Q represents a physiologically active peptide moiety; X each
represents the same or different .alpha.-amino acid residue; M represents
Gly or Cys; m represents an integer of from 5 to 8; and n represents an
integer of from 0 to 3, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts
thereof.
The peptides of the present invention have higher stability and/or higher
activity than physiologically active linear peptides to which no cyclic
peptide is bonded.
Die anwesende Erfindung liefert die Peptide, die durch die folgende Formel (a) dargestellt werden: ## STR1 ## worin Q eine physiologisch aktive Peptidhälfte darstellt; X stellt je gleiche oder den unterschiedlichen Alpha.aminosauren Überrest dar; M stellt Gly oder Cys dar; m stellt eine Ganzzahl von von 5 bis 8 dar; und n stellt eine Ganzzahl von von 0 bis 3 oder ihre pharmazeutisch annehmbaren Salze davon dar. Die Peptide der anwesenden Erfindung haben höhere Stabilität und/oder höhere Tätigkeit als physiologisch aktive lineare Peptide, zu denen kein zyklisches Peptid abgebunden wird.
