The present invention relates to reagents for analyzing hemoglobin in a
sample using a pan-hemoglobin antibody conjugated to a detectable marker
and one or more affinity reagents that are conjugated to a detectable
marker that specifically bind to hemoglobin types and/or variants. The
present invention is further drawn to flow cytometric methods using the
reagents.
