A method for use in a cellular communication system is disclosed which
dynamically assigns a communication device to a cell site and which
dynamically assigns transmit power levels to the communication device. The
method is based on measurements of interference levels at cell sites and
on the path gain between the communication device and the cell site.
Een methode voor gebruik in een cellulair communicatie systeem wordt onthuld dat dynamisch een communicatie apparaat aan een celplaats toewijst en dat transmit dynamisch machtsniveaus aan het communicatie apparaat toewijst. De methode is gebaseerd op metingen van interferentieniveaus bij celplaatsen en op de wegaanwinst tussen het communicatie apparaat en de celplaats.
