Compounds of the formula (I) are disclosed which are vitronectin receptor
antagonists and are useful in the treatment of osteoporosis:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
De samenstellingen van de formule (I) worden onthuld die de antagonisten van de vitronectinreceptor zijn en nuttig in de behandeling van osteoporose zijn: ## STR1 ## waarin R.sup.1 is Het of AR R.sup.2 is ## STR2 ## of daarvan een farmaceutisch aanvaardbaar zout.
