A storage controlling device is connected to an external device and is able to
communicate with each other. The storage controlling device may send/receive data
input/output requests to/from the external device, and may execute data input/output
processes in response to the data input/output requests. The input/output processes
are executed in response to the data input/output requests attached to priority
level determining information in an order that is determined based on priority
level determining information that is attached as attribute information of the
data input/output requests received from the external device.
