filamentous fuingus or composition that contains it. Also, methods for
providing this beta-glucan in a food product to improve structure,
texture, stability or combinations thereof, in a food product to provide
nutrition or in the manufacture of a medicament or nutritional
composition for the prevention or treatment of an immune disorder, tumor
or microbial infection.
