Disclosed herein are cross-linked polysiloxane polymers having oligooxyethylene
side chains. Lithium salts of these polymers can be synthesized as a liquid and
then caused to solidify in the presence of elevated temperatures to provide a solid
electrolyte useful in lithium batteries.
