A system and method is provided for detecting emitter signals and for determining
a scan strategy for a receiver system that receives such emitter signals. When
revisit times are computed for each receiver detecting method for an emitter, these
revisit times may not be monotonically increasing or decreasing as expected due
to discontinuities in the antenna model. A system and method are provided for detection
and correction of such discontinuities.
