This invention provides high solid paint compositions comprising as the basic
components a hydroxyl-containing compound having a weight-average molecular weight
of not more than 1,000 and a hydroxyl value of 200-800 mgKOH/g, and a polyisocyanate
compound, and a process for forming multi-layered coating film using any of said compositions.
