personal data of a user of a mobile terminal based on user identification (ID)
information received from the mobile terminal via a first line and terminal ID
information received from the mobile terminal via a second line, and service executing
means for executing a desired service for the user based on the personal data specified
by the personal data specifying means. As a result, the user of a receiver for
WEB service using the mobile terminal, such as a mobile telephone, is correctly
specified (verified) in security by the service providing apparatus (e.g., a call
center) without using a dedicated encoding technique, such as SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
