A stringed musical instrument having, a body portion and a neck connected thereto.
The neck connection utilizes a neck block which has an angled surface into which
connection bolts are inserted to secure the neck to the body. The angled surface
results in offset bolts which resist loosening and provides for an angled force
for a more stable connection between the neck and the body.
