In order to reduce the amount of data to be transmitted by a transmission apparatus,
the transmission apparatus transmits control sub-information to a receiving apparatus
separately from video data which is actually distributed, and eliminates redundant
distribution of video data. The receiving apparatus stores the received video data
and creates content in accordance with the control sub-information.
