The present invention relates to novel compositions for disinfecting and sealing
a substrate, while also providing the surface with long-term fungicidal protection.
Due to this unique and advantageous combination of capabilities, the composition
finds particular utility in the construction industry, where it may advantageously
be employed to treat a wide variety of construction articles.
