from the group consisting of non-stoichiometric silicon and carbon; non-stoichiometric
silicon and oxygen; non-stoichiometric silicon and nitrogen; compounds of silicon,
oxygen, and carbon; compounds of silicon, oxygen and nitrogen; compounds of silicon,
nitrogen, and carbon; and silicon.
