A composition and method to allow quick and thorough cleaning of acrylic based
artificial and sculpted nail applicators. A volatile solvent is mixed with a non-volatile
solvent and may be combined with an antiseptic. When combined, the composition
may be used to clean and condition a previously used nail polish brush and to provide
a pleasant smelling antiseptic.
