Maltitol crystals containing sugar crystals other than maltitol which have
excellent solubility, almost no hygroscopicity, do not become bulky when
they are stored or transported because they have a large bulk density, a
small difference between packed bulk density and loose bulk density
thereof and excellent flowability.
The maltitol crystals containing sugar crystals other than maltitol have a
loose bulk density of particles having a particle size of 20 to 50 mesh
after grinding and classification of more than 0.750 g/cd and 0.850 g/cc
or less.
