The present invention provides modified oligomeric compounds that modulate
gene expression via an RNA interference pathway. The oligomeric compounds
of the invention include one or more conjugate moieties that can modify
or enhance the pharmacokinetic and phamacodynamic properties of the
attached oligomeric compound.
