Moisture barrier resins comprising a film-forming, cross-linkable, partially
hydrolyzed polymer and a cross-linking agent provide improved impermeability to
moisture and extended release capabilities for various particles, substances and
other core materials that are encapsulated with compositions which contain these resins.
