A mobile information communicating terminal device having a video camera includes
a camera receiver unit pivotally supported in a vertical direction with respect
to an upper edge face of the device. When the device is employed as a video camera,
the camera receiver unit is rotated about a vertical axis to a position in which
a video camera portion of the camera receiver unit is located at a back side of
the device. When the device is employed as a mobile television telephone, the vertical
relationship of the video camera is not changed. Therefore, a vertical inversion
processing of an image signal is not required.
