holding container for holding chemical, the dispenser head member having a flow
entry means for directing fluid flow into the chemical holding container and a
flow exit means for directing fluid flow out of the chemical holding container,
the flow entry means being in fluid connection with a center-mounted, elongated
perforated tubular member extending at least partway into the chemical holding
container, the chemical holding container having an opening which is releasably
engageable with the dispenser head member for refilling.
