The present invention provides for a powdered epoxy composition particularly
well suited for coating electrical windings. The composition comprises (a) from
about 30 to 40 wt % of at least one crystalline epoxy; (b) from about 10 to 40
wt % of at least one phenolic resole resin; and (c) from about 1 to 40 wt % of
at least one multifunctional branched hindered phenol, wherein all weight percentages
are based on the total weight of said composition.
