An electrical capacitor is disclosed that includes a mixture of electrically
conductive
particles and non-conductive particles placed between two parallel conductive plates.
The electrically conductive particles are also magnetic. By exposing the mixture
of particles to a magnetic field, the electrically conductive particles have been
oriented to provide a conductive network.
