A perfluoropolyether-containing composition, which can easily conform to a fluorine-free
substrate and can form a film on a surface of the substrate to fix the composition
to the substrate surface, wherein the composition is a carbon-carbon double bond-containing
composition comprising (A) a triisocyanate prepared by trimerizing a diisocyanate,
and (B) a combination of at least two active hydrogen-containing compounds, and
the component (B) comprises (B-1) a perfluoropolyether having at least one active
hydrogen, and (B-2) a monomer having active hydrogen and a carbon-carbon double bond.
