The present invention provides a magnetic disk device which firmly fixes the
yokes of a rotary actuator between a base and a cover. The yoke can be made compact
and the movable range of the rotary actuator can be wide. An attaching screw attaches
a first yoke to a base and fixing screws passing through the second yoke and the
first yoke from a cover are screwed to the base.
