A new and distinct cultivar of Poinsettia plant named 'Duemerlot', characterized
by its inflorescences with inflorescences with dark red-colored flower bracts;
dark green-colored leaves; uniform and rounded plant habit; early flowering; and
excellent post-production longevity.
