A new and distinct cultivar of Artichoke plant named 'BCL 9-11' characterized
by
numerous very large semi-glossy heads and thick, fleshy bracts and hears. The heads
is rounder than the parent lines with reduced pubescence. The bracts are more compact
that its parents.
