A heat exchanger is interposed between a supercharger of an internal combustion
engine and an intake port of the internal combustion engine. The plate partially
closes a space between an outer periphery of heat exchanger fins housed in a case
and a case inner wall surface to form an air channel in a portion other than a
closing part thereof. The plate may be constructed as an aluminum plate. The outlet
is provided with a net member for foreign matter passage prevention.
