The present invention relates to a sling (1) for treatment of urinary
incontinence, consisting of a band (2) which comprises a middle part (3)
and two end parts (4), the said sling including, on its middle part (3),
at least one pad (6) with which it is possible to reduce, or even eliminate,
the friction between the sling and the organs in contact with the said sling.
