A surgical kit is provided for a "pull" percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG)
procedure. The kit includes offset planar surfaces and at least one article recess
defined in the planar surfaces. The recesses are adapted to hold at least one article
used in performing a "pull" PEG procedure.
