The present invention provides a plastics-covered metal plate excellent in chipping
resistance, corrosion resistance etc. made by covering one surface or both surfaces
of a metal plate with at least two kinds of plastics layers whose rates of elongation
are different and a process of covering a car body by using said covered metal plate.
