The present invention is directed to a process and device for selectively removing
at least one functionalized organic compound present in a liquid medium. More specifically
the present invention is useful for removing functionalized organic compounds,
that may accumulate in the mixture of extractant and diluent, used in processes
for reprocessing nuclear fuel or processes for cleaning and decontaminating nuclear
power plants.
