A heat dissipating device includes a tubular body and a heat transfer fluid.
The
tubular body has opposite top and bottom ends, a peripheral wall, a main chamber
defined by the top and bottom ends and the peripheral wall, at least one hollow
extension part extending outwardly from the peripheral wall, and a plurality of
fins extending outwardly from the peripheral wall and the extension part. The hollow
extension part has an extension chamber that is in fluid communication with the
main chamber, and is elongated in a radial direction and narrow in a direction
transverse to the radial direction. The heat transfer fluid is contained in the
main chamber and the extension chamber.
