The present invention describes a composition that contains a plant sterol
or plant stanol or their fatty acid esters and an emulsifier for treating
conditions that are related to elevated dihydrotestosterone. The
compositions can be prepared in a dry form for use as a food ingredient,
tablet or capsule. Alternatively, the compositions can be dissolved in
oil.
