A form is provided for printing mailpiece information relating to mail handling
for attachment to a mailpiece as well as a method for preparing a mailpiece for
delivery by a special service. The form may have sections that may be removably
secured to a backer and may be capable of receiving printed information regarding
a sender, recipient, or mailing service. In addition, the form may receive various
types of electronic postage accessed via the internet, for example. After mailing
information is printed on the form, the section may be removed and secured to a mailpiece.
