A process for manufacturing fluoroolefins comprising perfluorinating a starting
material comprising at least one carbon-bonded hydrogen by electrochemical fluorination,
dissociating this separated effluent in a pyrolysis, quenching and separating the
effluent to yield tetrafluoroethylene and/or hexafluoropropylene.
