The present invention is directed to expression vectors comprising a polynucleotide
that encodes a human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTRT) protein, variant,
or fragment. The present invention is also directed to host cells that comprise
expression vectors comprising a polynucleotide that encodes a hTRT protein variant,
or fragment.
