A rich creamy coconut beverage that resembles the flavor of a coconut
beverage developed from fresh raw ingredients. The coconut beverage is
produced having the similar texture, consistency, taste, and appearance
of mixing natural liquid endosperm with the jelly-like meat of an
immature coconut recently picked from a coconut palm tree. A method of
producing the coconut beverage is also disclosed.
