A new cultivar of Dianthus plant named 'Devon Flavia' that is characterized
by compact habit, medium-green foliage and fragrant flowers that are pink and reddish
purple in color. In combination these traits set 'Devon Flavia' apart from all
other existing varieties of Dianthus known to the inventor.
