Various chalcone derivatives of the general formula (I) are described and
the variables, A, B, m and R.sup.1 to R.sup.10 are as defined in the
specification. These derivatives can be useful in the modulation of
potassium channel activity in cells and may be useful in the treatment or
prevention of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. 1
