An organic electroluminescence (EL) device has a low-reflectance laminated structure
using optical interference composed of a first semitransparent layer, a second
semitransparent layer and a reflective layer laminated in this order or an order
opposite thereto. The organic EL device has a structure in which an organic electroluminescence
layer including a light-emissive organic material sandwiched by at least two electrodes.
The second semitransparent layer constituting the low-reflectance laminated structure
is made of an organic material.
