The rising ramp voltage is applied to the electrode when the first voltage is output from the first voltage applying unit, the first ramp switching unit is turned on, and the first scanning switching unit is turned on. A ramp reset signal is generated without a conventional path switch that carries out a rising ramp interval in the reset period.
