The present invention is an emergency system for a motor vehicle. The emergency
system includes a monitor collecting data from a driver. The data are transmitted
to a data processor that compares the data to baseline standards stored at an associated
data structure. If the data deviate from the baseline standards, the data processor
actuates a control switch to disable the motor vehicle. In an optional embodiment,
the control switch also controls a lamp that is actuated simultaneously with the
disabling means. In a further optional embodiment, the lamp and disabling means
are separately controlled.
