The tightening member extends along a direction substantially perpendicular to an extending direction of the first body and an extending direction of the second body. The tightening member is movable between a first position at which a second end of the first body is spaced from a second end of the second body and a second position at which the second end of the first body presses against the first end of the second body, thereby securely holding a hook portion of a hook screw placed between the second end of the first body and the second end of the second body.
