The metallic layers 14a, 14b include at least one element selected from the group consisting of Ni, Cu, Ag, and Pd in a total content of not less than 50 atm % as a main component, and at least one element selected from the metallic elements of the ceramic layers 12 in a content of not less than 1 atm % and less than 50 atm % as an additive component. This ceramic layered product can be less susceptible to fracture in the metal layers caused by firing.
