A new and distinct cultivar of New Guinea Impatiens plant named 'Fisupnic Burgy', and particularly characterized by the combined features of brilliant purple flower color; large, round, butterfly-shaped or slightly cupped flowers; deep green foliage, elliptically shaped leaves; tall, round plant habit, with the flowers borne above the foliage; medium (mid season) beginning of flowering; and well suited both for outdoor planting and for flowering pots.
