cm, a coefficient of linear expansion of 7.510-6 to 1010-6/
C. in a temperature range from ordinary temperature to 400 C., and a void-occupying
area ratio of 6% or less. This member allows it to prevent the accuracy of the
apparatus from lowering and cracks from occurring.
