The device has a faceplate, a coating panel made of glass, a plurality of coating layers laminated on one surface of the coating panel for performing antireflection and electromagnetic shielding functions, and an adhering layer for adhering the coating panel to the faceplate. The adhering layer may be an ultraviolet curable resin.
