A new and distinct cultivar of New Guinea Impatiens plant named 'Fisnics Lil' particularly characterized by the combined features of uniform, brilliant purple flower color; large, round flowers on relatively long peduncles; intense medium green foliage, relatively large leaves; medium to tall, round and bushy plant habit; early to medium flowering response; and suitable both for sale as a flowering pot plant and as a relatively weather tolerant outdoor plant.
