Described herein are compounds that are useful as protein kinase inhibitors
having the formula:

The compounds are useful for treating diseases in mammals that are alleviated by
a protein kinase inhibitor, particularly diseases such as cancer, inflammatory
disorders, restenosis, and cardiovascular disease.
