water
comprising the steps of separating and removing impurities from sea water or polluted
water containing a great amount of deleterious materials such as chlorine, various
kinds of heavy metals, environmental hormones, and miscellaneous bacteria by an
electrode located in a primary treating tank, then introducing sea water or polluted
water subjected to the primary treatment into a filtration tank for filtration
and further introducing filtered water into a secondary treating tank, releasing
useful minerals by magnetic ores and providing active power to various kinds of
useful organic materials remained not filtered in the treated water.
